Can I bring a friend?

Yes. We offer select partner training options. Please contact us or book our Royal Duo session if you'd like to train together.

Do I need to be fit before I start?

No. You don't need to be in shape to begin. Our sessions are designed to meet you where you are and help you build confidence, strength, and technique over time.

What makes you different?

Peach Queen Haus offers a private, boutique boxing experience where personalized coaching meets thoughtfully designed spaces. Every detail—from the training environment to the client experience—is intentionally created to help you feel strong, confident, and welcome from the moment you walk through the door.

Do I need boxing experience?

Not at all. Most of our clients are complete beginners. Every session is tailored to your fitness level, experience, and goals.

Will boxing make me bulky?

No. Boxing is excellent for improving cardiovascular fitness, coordination, endurance, and overall strength. It does not automatically lead to bulky muscles.

Is it safe for beginners?

Yes. Safety is our top priority. You'll learn proper technique in a controlled, one-on-one environment at a pace that's comfortable for you.

What if I have an injury or medical condition?

Please let us know before your session. We can often modify exercises, but some conditions may require medical clearance before participating.

Do you provide gloves and equipment?

Yes. We provide the boxing equipment needed for your session.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable athletic clothing and closed-toe athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle and be ready to move.
