Welcome to Peach Queen Haus. By booking a session, purchasing products or services, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Appointments

Training sessions are available by appointment only.

Appointments are confirmed after successful booking and payment (when applicable).

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 36 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.

No-shows may result in forfeiture of the session.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals reduce your available training time.

If you arrive excessively late, your session may be canceled without refund.

Health & Safety

By participating in training, you confirm that you are physically capable of participating.

You agree to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations before your session.

Assumption of Risk

Boxing and fitness activities involve inherent risks.

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

All clients are required to complete and sign a liability waiver before participating.

Payments

Prices are subject to change without notice.

All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds are provided only at Peach Queen LLC's discretion.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, photographs, videos, logos, graphics, and designs are the property of Peach Queen LLC and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with website functionality.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peach Queen LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
